Hands-on designer and manager of three in-house graphic designers in charge of day-to-day operations of marketing department design team. Worked collaboratively with V.P. of Marketing, copywriters, accounts managers, tradeshow coordinators, web site developers and software engineers to increase brand awareness of LODESTAR Corporation within the energy industry.

- Lead designer and brand manager in charge of the re-design and re-launch of the LODESTAR brand. Brand re-positioning and new web site design lead to Oracle Corporation buyout.
- Co-led marketing initiatives into new European markets during a highly competitive push towards deregulation in the energy industry prior to the downfall of Enron.

CYRK designed, produced, and manufactured promotional products in addition to creating highly visible marketing campaigns for Philip Morris, Pepsi, M&M Mars, Volkswagen, McDonald's, Beanie Babies, Reebok and more.
Highlights as Senior Graphic Designer / Art Director
- Art director and lead designer for various promotional items and print collateral for clients such as M&M Mars, Volkswagen, Puma, Spalding, Diadora, Shaquille O'Neal's TWISM clothing line, and Sondico Soccer.
- Designed M&M Mars, Snickers apparel for the World Cup 1994.
- Acted as group leader and key decision-maker for fifteen designers during absence of the two Creative Directors. Management acknowledgement resulted in 1993 leadership award.
- Designed a highly successful Cyrk Soccer T-shirt line that increased the visibility of the Cyrk brand and produced revenues of over $450,000. In addition, produced revenues of over $467,000 in T-shirt revenue for accounts such as Fila, M&M Mars, PepsiCo and Reebok.
- Developed new puff ink technique. Initiated, designed, separated and oversaw production of various lines of T-shirts, including Super Bowl T-shirts using the technique.
- Conceived, developed and separated two lines of T-shirt designs for Reebok. Arsenio Hall wore one of the designs in the November 1989 issue of Rolling Stone Magazine.
